# PRIVACY NOTES
Event titles, descriptions, locations, notes, and attendee email addresses are end-to-end encrypted on Proton's servers. Start and end times plus time zone are signed but not encrypted, since the server needs them for reminders and free/busy lookups. Proton AG is headquartered in Switzerland and operates under Swiss privacy law. There is no CalDAV endpoint, so calendar data only leaves Proton's apps via manual ICS export or read-only shared links.
